Leica Rangemaster CRF 2800.COM avståndsmätare, Leica Sport Optics (Wetzlar, Tyskland) presenterar den första Leica avståndsmätaren med integrerad Bluetooth. Tillsammans med den specialdesignade smartphone appen erbjuder detta ytterligare gränslös frihet och precision.

Med Leica Hunting appen, utvecklad speciellt för CRF 2800.COM, kan individuella ballistikinställningar konfigureras på smarttelefonen. Leicas eget ABC-ballistikprogram beräknar de individuella ballistiska utgångsvärdena baserade på kaliber, kultyp, bana och vikt.

Dessa data överförs via Bluetooth till CRF 2800.COM, som beräknar det exakta ballistiska avståndet och hålloverkorrigering, justerar för temperatur, lufttryck och vinkel. Inom bara en bråkdel av en sekund beräknas antingen det linjära, ekvivalenta horisontella intervallet (EHR), uttaget eller antalet klick och visas på riflescope.
